• Promptly investigate and respond to all valid DMCA takedown notices
• Remove or disable access to infringing content within 24-48 hours of receiving a valid notice
• Maintain records of all DMCA complaints and our responses
• Terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, please notify our Copyright Agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the URL or other specific location where the material appears.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24 hours
• Investigate the claim within 48 hours
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48-72 hours if the notice is valid
• Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the removal
• Keep a record of all notices and actions taken

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To file a counter-notification, you must provide:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which LicenseMart BD may be found)
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person
