১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ
LicenseMart BD ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই সেবার শর্তাবলী এবং আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
২. পণ্য ও সেবা
- বিক্রয়কৃত সব সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স আসল এবং বৈধভাবে সংগৃহীত
- লাইসেন্স ব্যক্তিগত বা ব্যবসায়িক ব্যবহারের জন্য, বর্ণিত শর্তানুযায়ী
- ডিজিটাল পণ্য ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে সরবরাহ করা হয়
- পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে
৩. পেমেন্টের শর্ত
- সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) নির্ধারিত
- লাইসেন্স ডেলিভারির আগে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে
- আমরা বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার ও কার্ড গ্রহণ করি
- সব লেনদেন নিরাপদে প্রক্রিয়াজাত হয়
৪. রিফান্ড নীতি
- অ্যাক্টিভেশন সমস্যায় ৩০ দিনের মানি-ব্যাক গ্যারান্টি
- রিফান্ড ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াজাত হয়
- রিফান্ড চাওয়ার আগে লাইসেন্স কী ব্যবহার করা যাবে না
- ব্যবহৃত বা অ্যাক্টিভেটেড লাইসেন্সের জন্য রিফান্ড নেই
৫. লাইসেন্স ব্যবহার
- প্রতিটি লাইসেন্স একটি ডিভাইসের জন্য প্রযোজ্য, অন্যথা বর্ণিত না থাকলে
- লাইসেন্স পুনঃবিক্রয় বা পুনর্বণ্টন নিষিদ্ধ
- লাইসেন্স তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা যাবে না
- অপব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে লাইসেন্স বাতিল করা হতে পারে
৬. ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট
- অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা রক্ষার দায়িত্ব আপনার
- সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করুন
- অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ ঘটলে অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানান
- নীতি লঙ্ঘন হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: নীতি লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি। এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত—কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়—লাইসেন্সের অপব্যবহার, প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম কিংবা এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন।
৭. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক, বিশেষ বা পরিণামগত ক্ষতির জন্য LicenseMart BD দায়ী থাকবে না।

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LicenseMart BD, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Products and Services
- All software licenses sold are genuine and legally obtained
- Licenses are for personal or business use as specified
- Digital products are delivered via email
- Prices are subject to change without notice
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
- Payment must be completed before license delivery
- We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cards
- Transactions are processed securely
4. Refund Policy
- 30-day money-back guarantee for activation issues
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- License keys must not be used before requesting refund
- No refunds for used or activated licenses
5. License Usage
- Each license is valid for one device unless specified otherwise
- Reselling or redistributing licenses is prohibited
- Licenses cannot be transferred to third parties
- Misuse may result in license revocation
6. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations
Important: We reserve the right to suspend or modify user accounts for policy violations. This includes but is not limited to misuse of licenses, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
LicenseMart BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
